Venue and Access
It is your responsibility to supply us with the correct address, contact number and name of the venue as well as letting the venue know that we are coming and they are accepting of this. We cannot be held responsible for any delays or errors resulting from incorrect information.
The venue must supply suitable loading access for the booth as well as suitable parking once the booth has been unloaded. If parking or access is restricted we cannot be held responsible for any delays as a result of this. Due to its size and weight, the booth must also be position at ground floor and not up stair or steps. The Customer is responsible for ensuring the Police Box Photo Booth has access to the event venue and to appropriate facilities, including any permits, licenses and permissions necessary to enable the booth to gain access to the venue and perform its services. If these conditions are not met and evaluated as insufficient on arrival to the setup and functioning of the booth then you will still be charged for the full hire amount.
The police box is covered by £5 million liability insurance and all equipment is PAT tested. It is your responsibility to ensure the venue agrees to our attendance and at the agreed time of set up. The booth takes approximately 120 minutes to set up.
The Police Box Photo Booth is 5ft by 5ft square and 10ft tall. The booth requires a mains power supply that must be within 2 metres of the set up position. Once the booth is in place it cannot be moved. The booth is for indoor use only or within a water proof marque with a flat solid floor. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure there is enough space for the booth and that access is possible. If there is insufficient space for us to set up then you will still be charged the whole hire amount.
